Whether you are using a sugar scrub or a salt scrub, either can be applied on moist or dry skin. A body scrub can be used 2 to 3 times a week to increase circulation and slough off dead skin cells. Just make sure you are inside the shower when you are ready to apply because scrubs tend to get messy.

First, scoop out about 1 to 2 tablespoons of your favorite body scrub from the container and place in a flat dish by your tub or shower. Optionally, if you prefer a smoother more moisturizing scrub, add a few teaspoons of jojoba oil, olive oil or a skin-friendly oil of your choice and mix. Then, after you have set up your product, remove your clothing and get into the shower. Apply a dime size amount to desired areas of skin, using circular motions. Then, rinse off the scrub under the shower. Step out of the shower, dry off and apply a moisturizer of your choice. Enjoy your silky soft skin!
