Mostly a massage, partly a facial. This 60 or 90-minute treatment uses relaxing massage techniques for your body and face. It provides relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, and greater flexibility while delivering that deep pore cleansing you so desire! Your preferences will be discussed at the time of service.

A 30, 45, 60, 90, or 120-minute massage may include relaxation techniques that provide relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, and greater flexibility. Therapeutic techniques may also be applied to target deeper layers of muscle tissue to release chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Your preferences will be discussed at the time of service. The 30-minute session is recommended for one focus area.

Hot Stone Therapy (HST) is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Most treatments on the menu can be adapted for pregnancy, including all skin and waxing treatments. A prenatal massage, however, requires not only the table be prepared for a luxurious cushioned experience, but also a knowledgeable wellness provider.
