Rescheduling & Cancellations
All treatments, services and products are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24-hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Booking/retainer fee of 50% of the service price is due at the initial booking, is non-refundable, and will go towards the balance of your services. Remaining balance will be due once services are provided.
Please call at least 48-hours prior to your appointment should you need to cancel to avoid the booking/retainer fee, 50% of the listed menu price.
- Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your service to allow for check-in.
- No extra guest. Only one person is allowed in the room at a time.
- No eye makeup is recommended upon arriving to your lash appointment to avoid an extra fee of $10.
- Our wellness services are meant for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely NO sexual component to our services whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited, a report may be filed with the local authorities, if necessary. Treat your wellness provider with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.

Todos los tratamientos, servicios y productos no son reembolsables. Las solicitudes de reprogramación deben realizarse al menos 24 horas antes de la hora de su cita programada. La tarifa de reserva/retención del 50% del precio del servicio se paga en la reserva inicial, no es reembolsable y se destinará al saldo de sus servicios. El saldo restante se pagará una vez que se presten los servicios.

Se le cobrará la tarifa de servicio completo independientemente de la duración de su sesión. Dependiendo del comportamiento exhibido, se puede realizar un reporte con las autoridades locales, si es necesario.
